Angela Dailey

Associate Attorney

Angela Dailey is an Associate Attorney at Schumann | Rosenberg. Ms. Dailey graduated from Truman State University in Kirksville, MO with a Bachelor of Arts in English and minors in Political Science and Spanish. Ms. Dailey earned her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law in Ontario, CA in May 2011. She concurrently earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of La Verne College of Business and Public Administration. Ms. Dailey was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2011.

While in law school, Ms. Dailey earned the CALI award for Appellate Advocacy and went on to compete in Moot Court Honors, placing second. She was thereafter selected for traveling trial team, for which she competed in the Burton D. Wechsler First Amendment Competition in Washington, D.C. Ms. Dailey has extensive civil litigation experience and has successfully practiced in various areas of law including family law, probate, landlord/tenant, real estate, employment law, consumer protection, and insurance defense - including general liability, premises liability, personal injury, complex litigation, and construction defects. Whether representing individuals, corporations, or companies, Ms. Dailey has a proven record of assertively advocating for her clients and negotiating favorable settlements.

Outside of the courtroom, Ms. Dailey most enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with her nieces and nephew.
