David R. Rosenberg

Mr. Rosenberg is a Partner at Schumann Arevalo LLP. He is known in the legal community for his unparalleled focus, attention to detail and sophisticated litigation strategies. He primarily defends civil litigation matters including trucking and transportation, products liability, government tort liability, premises liability, restaurant liability and commercial-property litigation involving multiple parties, brain injury, catastrophic injuries and/or death and has served on numerous Major Case Unit litigation panels. He also has significant experience in handling business litigation, contractual and transactional matters. Mr. Rosenberg is a member of the Claim and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM).

Mr. Rosenberg was graduated from Dartmouth College in 1990. He then served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Edward J. Wallin, Justice, California Court of Appeal, 4th District, Division 3 before entering into private practice. He is a member of the State Bar of California and has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; The United States Court of Appeal, 9th Circuit; The United States District Court, Central District of California; the United States District Court, Southern District of California; the United States District Court, Northern District of California; and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, American Inns of Court, Banyard Inn of Court as a Barrister, the Dartmouth Club of Orange County and the Noble Vikings Charities of Orange County. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Philharmonic Society of Orange County and was on the Executive Committee of that organization.

Mr. Rosenberg has lectured in "Practical Approaches for Handling Litigated Files", "Handling Strict Products Liability Claims", "Benefits and Limitations of Certificates of Insurance and Vendor's Endorsements", "The Claims Adjusters Role in Litigated Files" and "Developments in Premises Liability and Strict Products Liability Cases". He received "Defense Counsel of the Year" honors on several occasions including, most recently, from SAIA Motor Freight, a Nationwide Trucking Company.
