Heather R. Whitehead

Ms. Whitehead is an Associate Attorney at Schumann | Rosenberg. Ms. Whitehead’s practice focuses primarily on insurance defense and general liability litigation including personal injury, premises liability, product liability and wrongful death. Ms. Whitehead is admitted to the California State Bar. Ms. Whitehead is also licensed to practice law before the United States District Courts in Central and Southern California.

Prior to joining Schumann | Rosenberg, Ms. Whitehead defended insurance companies and their insureds in a variety of matters including personal injury, premises liability and professional liability. Over her ten-year career, Ms. Whitehead has represented clients in both the public and private sectors. Ms. Whitehead’s litigation experience also includes business disputes, construction, employment, real estate and administrative law. In addition, Ms. Whitehead provided pre-litigation advice, analysis and recommendations to corporations and businesses by updating contracts, policies, procedures and developing best practices to avoid litigation.

Ms. Whitehead attended the University of California, Riverside where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Ms. Whitehead earned her Juris Doctorate and Certificate in Global Legal Studies from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, culminating an objective she set at age twelve.

Ms. Whitehead finds satisfaction in building relationships of confidence and trust with her clients by understanding not only a client’s litigation needs, but also the importance of their goals, planning, finances and reputation.
