Ms. Braun is a Senior Associate Attorney with Schumann Arevalo LLP. Ms. Braun earned her undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Southern California and her Juris Doctorate from Mc George School of Law in Sacramento California. Ms. Braun's broad civil litigation practice includes the representation of design professionals, general contractors, public entities, individuals, business and professional clients in matters relating to employment, business litigation, premises liability, defamation, trucking litigation, wrongful death, and major catastrophic personal injury matters. Ms. Braun has also handled appellate matters, including successfully arguing before the California Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in the matter of Tri-State, Inc. v. Long Beach Community College District (2012) 204 Cal.App.4th 224 (dispute regarding attorneys' fees in public works contracts). Ms. Braun is known for her caring manner and communication skills with clients and counsel. She is active in a variety of charity organizations serving the underprivileged in the Newport Mesa community including the National League of Young Men and National Charity League.
