PRISCILLA HERNANDEZ

Ms. Hernandez is a Senior Associate at Schumann Arevalo LLP. Ms. Hernandez was admitted to practice law in California in 2012. Ms. Hernandez is admitted to all State and Federal Courts in the State of California.

Ms. Hernandez obtained her law degree from California Southern Law School. Ms. Hernandez graduated Cum Laude, with Honors, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Riverside at age 19. While at the University of California, Riverside, Ms. Hernandez was also a Track and Field Scholar Athlete.

Ms. Hernandez has a wide array of experience handling complex general and civil high-exposure litigation matters, including catastrophic injury, premises liability, and personal injury, labor matters, government tort liability, and commercial litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in the private and public sectors. Ms. Hernandez has also notable trial experience, preparing and defending cases against some of the best plaintiff’s lawyers in California. Ms. Hernandez has a reputation for aggressively litigating on behalf of her clients, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
