Ms. Cristal is an Associate Attorney at Schumann | Rosenberg. Her practice focuses primarily on insurance defense and general liability defense.
Prior to joining Schumann | Rosenberg, Ms. Cristal worked at a boutique law firm, representing minor plaintiffs in sexual abuse cases. Ms. Cristal also previously represented clients in a wide variety of general liability defense matters, including personal injury, premises liability, and product liability.
Ms. Cristal received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from San Francisco State University. She received her Juris Doctorate from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law. During law school, Ms. Cristal was involved with many student organizations, including being a member of the Moot Court Honors Board, and serving on the student governing body. She also interned for the County of Orange, Office of the County Counsel, and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable David O. Carter of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Cristal received the 2016 National Association of Women Lawyers Award for her dedication and promotion of issues and concerns of women in the legal profession.
When she is not in the office, Ms. Cristal enjoys hiking, cooking, and baking. Ms. Cristal also serves as the President of the Board of Advisors for the Lakas Mentorship Program, a mentorship program focused on helping Filipino American youth prepare for college.
